in meeting their needs for financial protection by offering
optional life insurance at competitive rates. Our licensed
insurance representatives, who are paid no commission,
determine the insurance requirements based on a detailed
needs analysis. Serving our clients and working in their
best interests is our number one priority.
SISIP FS provides optional life insurance coverage for current
and former CF members and their spouses. Manulife
Financial is the Insurer. Long Term Disability, which
is Treasury Board supported, is administered by SISIP FS,
working in cooperation with Manulife Financial.

Notification: Requirements for Insurance Needs Analysis
Any life insurance application for an amount exceeding $250,000 on which the designated beneficiary is not financially dependent on the applicant will be limited to $250,000. The amount can be increased by meeting with a SISIP FS insurance representative who will conduct a needs analysis, at no cost.
Being deployed to an Operational Theatre does not make it necessary to increase your life insurance, but it is a good opportunity to ensure you have enough coverage to provide for the financial needs of your loved ones in the event of your death. |
