Problems opening Adobe files

Problem:       The form opens as a blank page.

Possible causes:

• You do not have a version of Adobe Acrobat Reader that uses "in-place activation". In-place activation allows a program file to open in Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.

Solution: Download the most current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader®

Internet Explorer users:

• You are running a version of Internet Explorer earlier than Internet Explorer 5.5

Solution: Visit the Microsoft Support website for information on how to correct the problem.

Netscape Navigator users:

• Navigator may be configured to use your Acrobat viewer as a plug-in.

Solution: Change your Navigator configuration to use you Acrobat viewer as a "helper application". Complete explanation and instructions are available at the Adobe website.
