Please note that Adobe Acrobat Reader will NOT permit you to save any data to your own computer. You can only do this if you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat.

You CAN save your data to your own computer if you use one of the Microsoft Excel versions of the worksheet.

 

*How to complete
Budget Worksheet using Acrobat Reader

1. Select the hand tool in the Adobe environment.

2. Position the pointer inside the form field, and click. The I-beam pointer allows you to type text. The arrow pointer allows you to select a button or a radio button.

3. After entering text or selecting a radio button, do one of the following:

• Press Tab to accept the form field change and go to the next form field.

• Press Shift+Tab to accept the form field change and go to the previous form field.

• Click inside the next form field to enter or edit text.

4. To print the completed form (8.5" x 14"), click the print button from either the Adobe environment or your browser window before leaving the worksheet.

* Important note: When you click the print icon, a Print window will open. Ensure the "Shrink oversized pages to paper size" option is checked in the "Copies and Adjustments" section if your printer paper size is set at 8.5" x 11".

5. You can save a BLANK copy of the worksheet to your own computer for future use by clicking the "Save" button.
