To recognize the vital role that volunteers play in the Military Community Sports, Recreation and MFRC programs, SISIP Financial Services (SISIP FS) has contributed financially to the Volunteers Recognition Program (VOREP) since 2003. Over the past two years, the VOREP has supported over 100 events that were attended by more than 10,000 youth and adult volunteers.
At home, as well as in the United States and Europe, the VOREP acknowledges those who give their time and effort in support of our Canadian Forces military communities. The VOREP also gives SISIP FS personnel the opportunity to help organize local events, and contribute to the recognition of the critical role these volunteers make.
In 2005, SISIP FS looks forward to continuing to recognize close to 6,000 more volunteers at over 55 events.
